The OSCAR Program Office will conduct our annual cycle of archiving and deleting site material in September. We do this to create space for new applicants, open positions and applications – and to help the site run faster.

Key Dates

• Friday, September 26, 2025 - Recommender accounts that have not registered account activity since January 1, 2024 are archived.

What Do You Need to Do?

• Login to OSCAR if you wish to retain your recommender account and associated account materials prior to September 26. 

Please Note: The OSCAR system will be fully functional during each of these maintenance sessions. There will be no downtime for users.
